Since the face masks are vital to fight against the Covid19 virus, the raw material PP nonwoven fabrics for the mask is increasing. The machine will help factory to recycle the leftover of the PP nonwoven fabrics or the melt blown PP fabrics.   

The two stages pelletizing machine is designed to recycle the high contaminated postconsumer and post industrial plastics, such as the washed PE,PP films and bags, laminated BOPP films, heavy printed PP,PE and BOPP films and foam plastic and laminated fibers, etc.

It features in the two filtering on the each extruder. Twice filtering can effectively remove the impurities and make sure the high quality of pellets. And the final pellets moisture is about 1%.
