PURUI single stages pelletizing machine for clean PP,PE films

It can recycle the most of the soft plastics and some rigid plastics. The soft material contains wholes rolls and crushed LLDPE, LDPE,HDPE,PP,BOPP,CPP and PET films and fibers from post industrial or post consumer.   The rigid plastic contains the HDPE,PP bottles,drums and caps from post industrial or post consumer.

According to the material contamination condition, we design one stage pelletizing machine for the clean material or on line recycling and the two stages for the comparatively contaminated materials.

1. One stage pelletizing machine

One stage ML type machine can recycle the LLDPE,LDPE,PP,BOPP,CPP PET films and fibers. Based on the material specification, we will design the specific screws, and the pelletizing type, also the related auxiliary machines to assist the machines.

A. High efficient pelletizing machine

The capacity of the machine varies from 100-1000kg/h. High efficient motors and screw design make the machine capacity will be larger than normal same screw diameter extruder.

It can be used in recycling and pelletizing the flexible LLDPE,LDPE,HDPE,PP,BOPP,CPP,PET films each on line recycling or the bulk recycling.

B. Normal one stage pelletizing machine

The capacity of the machine varies from 100-1000kg/h.

The normal design one stage pelletizing machine can be used in recycling and pelletizing the   flexible LLDPE,LDPE,HDPE,PP,BOPP,CPP films each on line recycling or the bulk recycling.

C. Middle screen change pelletizing machine

The middle screen change pelletizing machine can be used in the recycling the heavy ink oil printed soft plastics,such as the high printed PE,PP films and bags, metal plated films BOPP films.   

The middle hydraulic pelletizing machine can effectively remove the ink oil and other impurities. Firstly it will be degassed in the cutter compactor. Secondly the screw has special design to make sure the material to be filtered well. Thirdly the degassing in the screw will be effectively work.

The final pellets will be guaranteed after the good filtering and degassing.
